Delivery Terms and Important Questions

After having received dozens of emails with similar questions concerning our delivery services, we decided to answer them all here in the form of a question-answer rubric.

Do you ship drugs to all states?

Yes. We deliver orders globally, including all 50 states.

Do you have to-the-door delivery?

Sure. We make our services accessible to everyone. So, if you cannot leave your apartment or simply feel more comfortable when getting your parcel to your door, mention this service in your order form.

How long does it take you to pack and deliver things to my place?

Everything depends on the requested delivery option. Standard shipping takes from 10 to 25 days, while express delivery can take from 3 to 7 days only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping can cost you from $10 to $30, depending on the delivery type (standard is longer but cheaper). Yet, our regular customers with chronic diseases that require constant prescription refills usually enjoy discounts and even free shipping, depending on the package cost. Even new clients who order pills in bulk may be granted free or discounted shipping.

Do you ship drugs on weekends?

No. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your request will be processed and shipped on Monday. After that, you will receive an email with shipping details. You will be able to track your order on our website or via our dedicated app.

Are there any special shipping conditions?

If your order includes over 120 pills, there will be 2 separate parcels that will not come on the same day. We also ship brand and generic drugs separately and not on the same day.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We comply with consumer rights. You can return unused pills within 14 days. However, if these are specialty drugs, the return is possible only if the package was damaged, the order was packed improperly (poor packaging, opened package, wrong quantity or product supply), or the medications expired. RX and specialty drugs are released on the consumer’s request. So, there must be a reason why you decided to return them, as we cannot resell them due to different conditions, like a short lifespan or release conditions.
