Fees and Payments Policy
Medication pricing is one of the main reasons customers compare pharmacies, yet the number printed beside a product is only one part of an international order. The medicine has a price, delivery has a cost, a bank can apply its own currency rules, and a destination authority may impose a charge that the pharmacy does not collect.
This Fees & Payments Policy separates those amounts so that a customer can see which part belongs to Mexican Pharmacy King and which part may come from another organization.
The product price shown on the website is the catalog price for the selected listing at that time. If different dosages, quantities or presentations are available, each option can have a different price. A product page should therefore be read together with the option selected at checkout rather than treated as a promise that every version of the medicine costs the same amount.
What You May Pay at Checkout
The checkout total can include the products in the cart and any shipping or service charge that Mexican Pharmacy King collects directly. Where a charge is ours, the aim is to show it before the order is submitted instead of introducing it after payment. An order summary should be reviewed carefully because it is the clearest record of the items and amounts the customer has actually selected.
- Product prices are tied to the listing and option chosen.
- Shipping may vary by destination, parcel characteristics and service level.
- A payment provider may require additional verification before accepting a transaction.
- Customs duties, import taxes or carrier collection fees imposed at destination may be separate from the website total.
Currency and Exchange Rates
The website may display prices in U.S. dollars for the convenience of international customers even though pharmacy operations or suppliers may incur costs in Mexican pesos. Exchange rates move, sometimes noticeably, and a card issuer can use a conversion rate different from the rate visible on a public finance website. A bank may also charge a foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fee under the customer’s own account agreement.
Those bank charges are not pharmacy fees. If a statement shows a slightly different converted amount or an additional bank line item, the first step is to compare the currency and merchant amount on the order confirmation with the rules of the card or payment account used.
Payment Authorization
A payment attempt can be approved, declined or placed under review. An approval message from a payment provider does not necessarily mean that prescription review and fulfillment have also been completed. Payment and pharmacy review are separate stages, particularly when a medicine requires a prescription.
We may pause an order when the payment name, billing information, delivery information or transaction pattern raises a reasonable fraud concern. The purpose of that check is not to create unnecessary friction but to avoid processing a transaction that the true account holder did not authorize. In some cases the customer may be asked to confirm information or use another available payment method.
Pricing Errors and Availability Changes
Online prices can occasionally contain an obvious technical or data-entry error. A misplaced decimal point, an incorrect option mapping or a stale price from a discontinued presentation should not become a binding promise merely because it appeared on a page for a short time. If a material pricing error is identified before the affected order is completed, we may place the transaction on hold and confirm the correct price with the customer.
The same principle applies when stock changes between browsing and fulfillment. We may cancel an unavailable item or contact the customer about another lawful option. We will not knowingly substitute a different active ingredient, dosage or product merely to preserve the original total.
Prescription Review Does Not Carry a Hidden Approval Fee
When prescription documentation is required for an order, the need for review should not be disguised as an unexpected charge after checkout. If a separate professional, consultation or documentation fee ever applies to a particular service, it should be disclosed before the customer agrees to it. A standard product listing should not create the impression that paying more can override a prescription requirement.
Refunds and Reversals
When a refund is approved, it is normally returned through the method used for the original payment where technically possible. The time required for the credit to appear can depend on the payment processor and the customer’s financial institution. A pharmacy can initiate a refund without controlling how many banking days the receiving institution takes to post it.
Shipping charges, third-party bank fees and customs charges are considered separately because they may already have been earned or collected by another party. The Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains which order situations may support a refund and which costs may not be recoverable.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If something is wrong with an order, contacting customer support before filing a chargeback usually gives both sides the best chance to identify what happened. A duplicate transaction, incorrect item, damaged parcel and parcel delayed in customs are different problems and can require different evidence. We may provide order records, delivery records and customer communications to a payment provider when a formal dispute is opened.
A chargeback should not be used as a substitute for cancelling an order that has already been correctly dispensed and shipped, nor should it be used to obtain both the merchandise and the payment back. Fraudulent payment disputes may result in future orders being refused.
Questions About a Charge
Keep the order confirmation and payment reference until the transaction is complete. When asking us about a charge, provide the order number and enough information to identify the payment, but do not send a complete card number or security code by ordinary email. If the charge itself was created by the bank rather than by Mexican Pharmacy King, the bank may be the only party able to explain or reverse it.
