Privacy Policy
Last update – October 1, 2026
A pharmacy website necessarily handles more sensitive information than an ordinary product catalog. A name and delivery address may be enough to send a book, but a medication order can also involve prescription documents, medicine names, dosage information and correspondence that reveals something about a person’s health.
This Privacy Policy explains the information Mexican Pharmacy King may receive, why it is used and the choices available to customers.
The policy applies to information submitted through the website, checkout, contact forms, prescription-submission channels and customer-service communications connected with the service. It does not control the independent privacy practices of a bank, card network, shipping carrier, customs authority or another third party that receives information under its own legal responsibilities.
Information We Receive
The exact information depends on how the site is used. Someone who only reads an article leaves a different data trail from a customer who places an order and sends a prescription. We aim to collect information connected with a legitimate operational purpose rather than asking for details merely because they may be available.
- Account and contact details: name, email address, telephone number and other information used to communicate with the customer.
- Order and delivery information: products selected, quantities, billing details, delivery address, order history and fulfillment status.
- Prescription information: prescription documents and related information supplied for a prescription order, including prescriber details where present on the document.
- Payment information: transaction status and limited payment-related data needed to reconcile an order. Full card credentials may be processed directly by a payment provider rather than stored by the website.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device data, security logs, cookie identifiers and similar information used to operate, protect and measure the website.
- Communications: messages sent to customer support and records of steps taken to resolve an order question.
Why the Information Is Used
Order information is used to receive and review orders, match prescriptions with the requested medicine, arrange payment, prepare delivery and answer questions about the transaction. Contact information is also used when an order cannot proceed without clarification, for example when an address is incomplete or a prescription image cannot be read.
Technical information serves a different purpose. It can help keep the site secure, identify failed logins or abusive traffic, diagnose a broken checkout and understand which parts of the site are being used. Analytics should be configured so that measurement does not become an excuse to collect more personal information than the service needs.
Prescription documents and health-related correspondence should not be treated as ordinary marketing material. Their purpose is pharmacy review and order support. We do not use the fact that a customer ordered a particular medicine as a reason to publish, expose or casually circulate that person’s health information.
Who May Receive Information
Running an online pharmacy service can require more than one technical or operational provider. Hosting companies keep the website available, payment processors handle transactions, email services transmit messages, and carriers need delivery details to move a parcel. A pharmacy or dispensing professional involved in fulfilling an order may need the prescription and product details relevant to that order.
These recipients should receive only the information needed for their role. A carrier normally needs an address and shipment information, not the customer’s full medical correspondence. A payment processor needs transaction data, not a copy of the prescription. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, valid legal process, fraud investigation, public-safety obligations or a regulator with lawful authority.
Cookies and Website Measurement
Cookies can keep a cart working, remember a session, protect forms from abuse and help measure site performance. Some are necessary for the website to function; others may support analytics or optional features. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, although disabling essential cookies may interfere with cart, login or checkout functions.
If additional advertising or analytics technologies are introduced, their use should be reflected in this policy and, where required, in the site’s consent controls. A privacy policy is useful only when it describes the website that actually exists, so we review this page when tracking tools materially change.
Storage and Retention
Personal information is not useful forever. Order records may need to be kept for accounting, customer-service, fraud-prevention or legal reasons, while temporary technical logs can often be retained for a shorter period. Prescription and order records may also be subject to pharmacy or regulatory retention requirements. When information no longer has a valid operational or legal purpose, it should be deleted, anonymized or otherwise placed outside ordinary use.
No internet service can promise absolute security. We use reasonable technical and administrative measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, but customers should also protect their email accounts, devices and passwords. Sensitive documents should be sent only through the channels identified by Mexican Pharmacy King for that purpose.
International Processing
An international order can cause information to move across borders even when the customer never leaves home. A customer in the United States, for example, may communicate with a service in Mexico while a payment processor or hosting provider operates in another jurisdiction. Privacy protections and legal terminology can differ between those places.
Where cross-border processing occurs, we use the information for the purposes described in this policy and seek to work with service providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for the role they perform. Mandatory rights granted by applicable privacy law are not replaced by this policy.
Your Choices
A customer may ask to correct inaccurate contact information, request access to information where the applicable law provides that right, or ask questions about retention and deletion. Some records cannot be removed immediately when they must be kept to complete an order, prevent fraud, satisfy accounting obligations or meet another legal requirement. A request will therefore be evaluated in the context of the record involved rather than answered with an automatic promise of deletion.
Privacy questions should be sent through the contact information published on the site. To protect the customer, we may need to verify identity before discussing an order record or releasing personal information.
Changes to This Policy
Payment systems, shipping methods, website tools and privacy laws can change. When a material change affects the way personal information is handled, this page may be revised to reflect the new process. The current version published on the website should be reviewed when a customer wants to understand how information is being handled at that time.
