Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Medication Returns Are Different
A shirt can be returned, inspected and placed back on a shelf. A dispensed medicine is different because the pharmacy no longer controls how it was stored, whether the package remained sealed or whether the contents were exposed to heat, moisture or substitution. For that reason, medication returns are limited and are reviewed differently from ordinary ecommerce returns.
This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the situations in which Mexican Pharmacy King may be able to cancel an order, replace an item or issue a refund. It should be read together with the Shipping & Delivery Policy because a parcel delayed in transit, a parcel returned by customs and a product packed incorrectly are not the same problem.
Cancelling Before Fulfillment
If an order was placed by mistake, contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation is easiest before prescription review, dispensing, payment capture or shipment has progressed. Once a medicine has been prepared specifically for an order or handed to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible even when tracking has not yet updated.
When only part of an order can be cancelled, the remaining products may continue through fulfillment. Any approved refund will be calculated for the cancelled portion and any refundable charge associated with it.
When a Return Is Normally Not Accepted
Medicines that have been correctly dispensed and delivered generally cannot be accepted back for resale simply because the customer changed their mind, ordered too much, no longer wants the treatment or prefers a different brand after delivery. The same restriction can apply when the outer carton remains unopened because storage after delivery cannot be independently verified.
- Do not mail medication back without receiving instructions from customer support.
- Do not use a product that appears damaged, altered or materially different from what was ordered.
- Keep the shipping carton, product packaging, labels and photographs while a claim is being reviewed.
- Do not discard a wrong or damaged item until we confirm what information is still needed.
Wrong Product, Missing Item or Fulfillment Error
If Mexican Pharmacy King sends a different medicine, dosage or quantity from the one confirmed for the order, contact us promptly. We will compare the order record with fulfillment information and may ask for photographs showing the received product, lot details and shipping label. Where our fulfillment error is confirmed, the remedy may include replacement, refund or another appropriate correction depending on the circumstances.
Do not take a medicine merely because the tablet looks similar to a product used before. Active ingredient, dosage and dosage form must match what was intended.
Damaged Products
A damaged shipping carton does not automatically make the medicine unusable, while a compromised blister, cracked bottle, leaking tube or broken tamper evidence can be much more important. Photograph the condition as soon as it is discovered. Images are useful because they show whether the damage occurred to the outer parcel, the manufacturer package or the medicine container itself.
If product integrity cannot reasonably be confirmed, do not use the item while the case is being reviewed. We may request additional photographs or information from the carrier before deciding whether replacement or refund is appropriate.
Lost or Severely Delayed Shipments
International shipments can experience periods without tracking updates, especially around customs or handoff between carriers. A parcel is not treated as lost merely because a scan has not changed for a few days. Once a shipment has exceeded the normal delivery range and a carrier trace or other evidence supports loss, we can review the order for reshipment or refund.
If a parcel is later delivered after a refund or replacement has already been arranged, contact us rather than assuming that both shipments or both the product and refund may be kept. Duplicate resolution can create payment and inventory problems that are easier to correct when reported promptly.
Customs Refusal or Return
A customs decision is made by the destination authority, not by the pharmacy. If a parcel is refused or returned, the available remedy depends on why it happened, whether the parcel physically returns, whether the medicine remains suitable for any lawful disposition and which charges have already been incurred.
Shipping fees, customs assessments, bank charges and other third-party costs may not be refundable when they have already been earned or collected by another party. We will review the specific order rather than promising an automatic result for every customs event.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are normally sent back through the original payment method where possible. Once a refund has been initiated, the customer’s bank or payment provider controls how quickly the credit becomes visible. The refund date shown by us and the posting date on a card statement may therefore differ.
We may need to deduct a non-refundable third-party charge when that cost has already been incurred and the law permits it. Any such adjustment should be explained as part of the case review.
How to Report a Problem
Contact customer support with the order number, the name of the affected product and a concise description of what happened. For physical damage or an incorrect product, photographs usually make the review faster. For a delivery problem, include the tracking status and any message received from the carrier or customs authority.
Each claim is reviewed on its facts. The purpose of this policy is to give customers a predictable process while preserving the safety rule that dispensed medicines cannot be handled like ordinary returnable merchandise.
