Shipping and Delivery Policy

A medication parcel passes through more hands than the customer usually sees. It may move from pharmacy preparation to a carrier, through an export facility, into customs review, to a domestic postal or courier network and finally to the delivery address.

Most parcels travel without drama, but each of those stages can affect timing. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains what Mexican Pharmacy King controls, what it does not control and what customers can do to reduce avoidable delays.

Before a Parcel Leaves

Shipping time begins after an order is ready for dispatch, not necessarily at the instant checkout is submitted. Prescription validation, payment confirmation, stock allocation and address review can occur first. If a required prescription has not been received, an address is incomplete or a product is temporarily unavailable, the order may remain pending until the issue is resolved.

Customers should review the spelling of the recipient name, street, apartment or unit number, postal code, city, state and country. International carriers are less forgiving of incomplete addresses because a correction can be difficult after the parcel has entered another postal system.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery window shown on the site is an estimate based on normal transit conditions. It is not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends, holidays, weather events, carrier backlogs, customs inspections, remote-area routing and local delivery disruptions can extend transit after the parcel has left pharmacy control.

Tracking is useful, but it is not a live GPS feed. International shipments can remain unchanged for several days while moving between facilities or awaiting an import scan. A gap in tracking does not automatically mean the parcel has been lost.

International Orders and Customs

Cross-border medication orders receive a level of scrutiny that ordinary merchandise may not. Customs or another government authority can request information, inspect a parcel, assess whether the contents meet import rules, return the shipment or refuse entry. The fact that a medicine is lawfully marketed in Mexico does not by itself establish that it can be imported into every destination country.

Customers are responsible for providing truthful order and delivery information and for understanding the rules that apply where the parcel is going. We do not mark prescription medication as a false gift, misstate the contents or intentionally undervalue a shipment to avoid a lawful requirement.

  • Keep a copy of the prescription when the medicine requires one.
  • Use the same patient name consistently where the prescription and delivery rules call for it.
  • Do not order quantities intended for resale.
  • Respond promptly if we or the carrier ask for clarification needed to release the shipment.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

When tracking is available, the tracking number or link may be supplied after dispatch. The carrier’s scan history is the primary record of parcel movement once the shipment enters its network. Delivery confirmation can mean hand delivery, mailbox delivery, reception by another person at the address, placement in a parcel locker or another method used by the local carrier.

If the tracking record says delivered but the parcel cannot be found, check the mailbox, building reception, parcel room, household members and nearby delivery location first. A local carrier can often see route-level information that is not visible on the public tracking page.

Damaged or Open Parcels

Medication packaging should arrive in a condition that allows the customer to identify the product and determine whether the package appears intact. A crushed outer shipping box does not always mean that the medicine inside is damaged, but broken seals, leaking containers, missing blister sections or an unexpected change in the product should be documented before use.

Take clear photographs of the shipping carton, label, internal packaging and affected medicine and contact customer support. Do not discard evidence until the review is complete. If product integrity is uncertain, the medicine should not be used merely because the active ingredient name appears correct.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some medicines have storage requirements that make delivery conditions more important than ordinary parcel speed. When a product requires temperature control, the product listing or order process should identify the relevant shipping arrangement. Customers should be available to receive temperature-sensitive items and move them promptly into the storage condition stated on the manufacturer label.

A medicine that has been exposed to conditions outside its labeled range cannot always be judged by appearance. If there is reason to believe a temperature-sensitive item experienced a serious excursion, contact us before using it.

Address Changes and Undeliverable Parcels

An address can sometimes be corrected before dispatch, but changes become much harder once the label has been created or the parcel is already moving. Contact us immediately if an error is noticed. We cannot promise that a carrier will accept a reroute request.

If a shipment is returned because the address was incomplete, the recipient was unavailable, customs requirements were not met or the destination refused the parcel, we will review the return before deciding whether reshipment, cancellation or another remedy is available. Medicines cannot always be resent from a returned parcel because storage and chain-of-custody conditions may no longer be verifiable.

When a Parcel Is Late

A late parcel should be investigated in stages. First review tracking and the estimated delivery range. If the parcel has exceeded the normal range or the tracking history shows an exception, contact us with the order number. We may ask the carrier for a trace or advise what documentation is needed.

Do not wait for an international shipment if running out of a medicine would create a health risk. Customers using long-term treatment should plan refills with enough time for medical review and delivery and should speak with their local clinician or pharmacy about an immediate supply when continuity of treatment is at risk.
