Terms and Conditions

Using the Website

Mexican Pharmacy King is designed to make a medication catalog easier to browse, but a pharmacy order is not the same thing as buying an ordinary retail item. A customer may choose a product, enter delivery information and submit payment details in only a few minutes, while dispensing can still depend on prescription review, product availability, payment verification, destination rules and other checks that take place after checkout. These Terms & Conditions explain that distinction and set the basic rules for using the website.

By using the site, creating an order or sending information to us, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced here. If a rule on a product page conflicts with a rule in these terms, the more specific product or order requirement may control for that transaction. We may also update these terms when the service, law, payment process or delivery arrangements change. The version published on the website at the time of an order is the version that should be reviewed for that order.

Orders Are Requests Until They Are Accepted

Placing an order does not by itself mean that a medicine has been approved for dispensing or that a shipment has been guaranteed. An order can remain pending while prescription information is reviewed, stock is confirmed, payment is checked or delivery information is clarified. If a product cannot be supplied under the conditions shown on the site, we may contact the customer, offer a permitted alternative when appropriate, place the order on hold or cancel the affected item.

For prescription products, we may ask for a valid prescription or other information needed for professional review. A prescription may be declined if it is incomplete, inconsistent with the product ordered, expired where an expiration rule applies, appears altered, or otherwise cannot reasonably support dispensing. We do not promise that every prescription submitted will be accepted.

  • Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and billing information.
  • Orders must be placed for lawful personal use and not for resale.
  • Prescription medicines remain subject to the prescription requirements shown for the product and the destination.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order when fraud, misuse, regulatory restrictions or a material product error is suspected.

Product Information and Availability

Medication pages are written to help customers understand what a product is, what active ingredient it contains and what questions deserve attention before purchase. They are not a substitute for diagnosis, prescribing or individual medical advice. Product photographs are representative. Packaging, manufacturer, color, imprint, language and carton design can change when supply changes, especially where the same active ingredient is produced by more than one authorized manufacturer.

Availability can also change without notice. A product appearing in the catalog may become unavailable before an order is completed. We may correct a product name, price, strength, presentation or other obvious listing error when it is discovered. We will not knowingly continue to process an order on the basis of information already identified as materially incorrect.

Prices, Payment and Additional Charges

Prices shown on the website are the catalog prices applicable to the product listing at that time unless a different amount is confirmed during checkout. Shipping charges, payment processing charges, taxes, customs assessments or other destination-related costs may be separate. Where a charge is collected by us, it should be shown before the order is finalized. Charges imposed directly by a carrier, customs authority, bank or other third party may be outside our control.

Payment authorization can be reversed or delayed by the card issuer, payment provider or fraud-prevention system. We may request additional confirmation when the billing information and order information do not reasonably match. The Fees & Payments Policy forms part of these terms and explains this process in more detail.

Delivery, Customs and Import Responsibility

International delivery is affected by more than the distance between the pharmacy and the customer. Carrier routing, customs review, local postal handling, weather, holidays and destination-country rules can all change the time needed for a parcel to arrive. Delivery estimates therefore describe an expected range, not an absolute guarantee.

The customer is responsible for providing an address that can lawfully receive the order and for understanding personal-import rules that may apply at the destination. A product that can be sold or dispensed in Mexico is not automatically approved for import into every other country. Customs or another authority may delay, inspect, return or refuse a parcel. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy should be reviewed before placing an international order.

Returns, Cancellations and Problems With an Order

Medicines require controlled storage and an intact chain of custody. For that reason, a dispensed medicine normally cannot simply be placed back into pharmacy stock after it has left controlled possession. This is different from ordinary online retail and is why return rules for medication are narrower than for clothing or household goods.

If an order is incorrect, arrives damaged, is missing an item or presents another fulfillment problem, contact us promptly and keep the packaging, shipping label and photographs that may be needed to review the case. Cancellations are generally easier before dispensing or shipment has begun. The Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the available remedies and the limits that may apply.

Acceptable Use

The website may not be used to submit fraudulent prescriptions, interfere with site security, scrape private account information, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or place orders in violation of applicable law. Automated browsing that places an unreasonable burden on the service may also be restricted. Product descriptions, graphics, branding and original website content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules and may not be republished as another pharmacy’s content without permission.

Health Information and Emergency Situations

Nothing on the website should be treated as emergency medical care. Severe allergic reactions, chest pain, loss of consciousness, difficulty breathing, major bleeding, suspected overdose or another urgent condition requires local emergency services or immediate medical evaluation. Customer support is not an emergency service and should not be used as a substitute for one.

Limits of the Service

We work to keep product, price and policy information current, but we cannot guarantee that every page will be free from typographical errors, temporary availability changes or information that has become outdated between reviews. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mexican Pharmacy King is not responsible for losses caused by a customer’s misuse of a medicine, failure to follow professional medical advice, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or decisions made by customs, carriers, banks or other independent third parties.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Questions about an order or these terms should be sent through the contact information published on the website before placing an order when clarification is needed.
